Welcome to one of the biggest Taco announcements ever made! Acryptia has already established itself as one of the most popular games on Web3, but Season 3 is taking Acryptia to a whole new level. We’ve got a new Season Pass, Social Login, Skins, a fully playable Custom Deck designed by Shnazzy ❗️ and a collab with AlienWorlds 💥

First things first: Acryptia Season 3 will start on April 4th.

The Season will be open to everyone with a WAX Wallet, but also to players without any crypto experience at all.

Anyone will be able to login with Google and Facebook, to play and earn prizes!

Let’s start with one of the biggest announcements ever made in Taco history 🌮🚀

Gameplay

No more Brazier! Introducing: Season Pass

From Season 3 onwards, Acryptia will adopt a classic battle pass system, called Season Pass.

Each player will be able to win up to 10 FREE prizes, and have the option to get the Season Pass and unlock the other 30 PREMIUM Prizes.

Level 0 — Texts and figures are placeholders

The Season Pass is divided in Levels, and each Level Up can be made using ONI tokens.

Each Level Up costs 25 ONI.

Season Pass Levels & Perks

Level 0
- Everyone starts with a Level 0 Season Pass
- Players can only win FREE Rewards
Level 1 (25 ONI)
- Unlock PREMIUM rewards from 1–10
- Earn XP for the Venue at each floor completed
- 25% points boost during Events and Boss Battles
Level 2 (25 ONI)
- Unlock PREMIUM rewards from 11–20
- 50% points boost during Events and Boss Battles
Level 3 (25 ONI)
- Unlock PREMIUM rewards from 21–30
- 75% points boost during Events and Boss Battles
Level 4 (25 ONI)
- Unlock PREMIUM rewards from 31–40
- Unlock 4 extra PREMIUM rewards after the S3 Gold Medal 41–44
- 100% points boost during Events and Boss Battles

✅ Players have to complete tasks to be able to claim prizes.

🆓 Players with Season Pass Level 0 can only earn FREE rewards.

📢 Players can’t skip Season Pass Levels. For example: players can’t upgrade to Season Pass Level 2 without first upgrading to Level 1

ℹ️ Players can upgrade their Season Pass whenever they want and maintain their task progress.

For example, if a Player with Season Pass Level 0 has reached prize number 10, by upgrading the Season Pass to Level 1 they will be able to claim all the PREMIUM prizes from prize 1 to 10.

XP: Players need at least Level 1 Season Pass to earn XP for the Venue they’re playing in.

👌 The mechanic for completing tasks and resets are the same, but the type of tasks and the amount of points will change slightly.

No more Brazier: Tasks, Stats and Leaderboard

There are no more “ranked” and “unranked” games. Each run will count towards personal Tasks, Stats and overall Leaderboards, no matter if the player has upgraded the Season Pass or not.

ℹ️ Tasks Reroll will be available for 2 ONI.

📆 This Season Daily Tasks will be introduced and players will be able to collect up to 6,000 Tasks Points.

Login and play without a Wallet

From Season 3 players will be able to login with Google and Facebook too. This will give everyone the chance to play Acryptia without access barriers.

These Players can also Stake (and then equip) Gear, Skins, upgrade the Season Pass and Withdraw Gear, Skins and Rewards. These actions can be done only with a support WAX wallet.

🌏 This is the first step towards full accessibility of the game for those not currently in the Web 3 environment.

Fire Monsters 🔥

During Season 3 you will have to do your best to avoid getting burned!

Yes, Rug’O and his friends were having a party inside the Dungeon to celebrate the end of the Season, but a sorcery went wrong and Dungeon Monsters are now able to spit fire 🔥

When the turn finishes, if the card on the board is a Fire Monster, you will receive 1 damage directly to your Player Card.

Save & Exit 💾

This feature was highly requested.

You can now Save the game between levels, and come back whenever you want to complete your run.

If tasks change before you resume the game, the run will contribute towards the new, active tasks when it is over.

Skins

The greatest update of the Season concerns Skins 🚀

After two Seasons, you will be finally able to collect Acryptia Skins and customize your Dungeon!

Collecting Skins gives you the opportunity to increase your Taco collection, stand out among Acryptia players with your unique setup, be the coolest streamer, and finally, to prepare for the upcoming PvP version of the game.

How Skins Work

Skin rarity ranges from Common to Mythic, and are divided into 8 types:

Cauldron
Floor Badge
Seat
Board
Hero (Player Card)
Background
Custom Deck

ℹ️ Skins must be staked in the Inventory to be applied.

Series and Distribution

Acryptia Skins are catalogued by Series. Season 3 will have Series 1 Skins.

There will be over 170 Series 1 Skins! 🚀

They will be distributed over the course of the Season following this scheme:

Series 1 Skin Distribution:

500 Small Skin Packs Drop at the beginning of the Season
100 Small Packs added to the Drop every week until the end of the Season
26 Skins distributed through Acryptia Season Pass (divided in single Skins or Packs)
Single Skin Packs crafting in Venue Labs. Skin Packs craft release date TBA.

Single Pack, 1 Skin NFT

❗At the end of the Acryptia Season, Series 1 Small Packs will no longer be distributed and the only way to gain Series 1 Skins will be through Venue Labs.

Limited Edition Skins

Alongside Common-to-Mythic Skins, there will be a special rarity: Limited.

Limited Edition Skins can be obtained only through Acryptia Season Pass or Drops.

Custom Deck Skin: Shnazzy E-Girls x Acryptia 🔥

Probably the most exciting collab we have ever made will consist of a playable full Custom Deck designed by Shnazzy herself!

Shnazzy has proven once again why she is a top-tier Web3 artist, creating an Acryptia deck around the E-Girls brand 🎮

The Deck is simply brilliant, from the concept to the design, and we are going to distribute it through drops over the course of the Season.

By staking and applying the E-Girls Deck Box Skin in the Inventory you will be able to play Acryptia with her deck.

But, to have a full experience, you would still need the E-Girl Hero Skin, which will be distributed separately from the Deck Box.

During Season 3 we are going to distribute 500 Decks and 500 Hero cards in three different drops, and other 500 Deck and 500 Hero cards will be distributed over the course of the next Seasons, with small drops at every new Season.

Body Gear

During Season 3 we are also going to release Body Gear.

Body Gear will be distributed in Limited Edition Body Gear Packs.

Only 300 Body Gears will be distributed through drop, and 1 through the Season Pass.

During the Season we are going to open Series 2 Gear Packs crafting inside Venue Labs. Series 2 Gear Packs will contain both Body and Head Gear.

Body Gears will have the following properties:

Recycle: Chance to receive a new shield when breaking a 2+ Strength Shield
Heal: Chance to receive a 1 HP bonus when healing with Potions
Shuffle: Pay less HP to activate Mulligan
Regen: Chance to restore 1 HP at the end of each floor

📅 Body Gear Drop on April 13th. Activation on April 18th.

During Season 3 we are going to introduce Gear Packs blends.

During the course of the Season players will be able to:
