You make some very good points here. If the alt-right were really into free speech they should be campaigning for ISIL to be allowed to present their views. But like ISIL, it’s all one sided, only intended for its captive audience of idiots. Just as ISIL pulls the levers of ‘religious righteousness’, the neo-fascists press the buttons of ‘free speech’; both are equally disingenuous. Neither has the slightest bit of interest in freedom of expression or their supposed religion, they’re just into crushing those they disagree with, like authoritarian scumbags and witch burners have throughout history.
