The ‘What’?

Simon Sinek told us to start with ‘why’. And I agree. But it can be done only then when you know what you want to do. And to know what you want to do is not that easy or obvious as it might look. Why? The majority of people are not happy about their jobs. And it’s really sad. And if you’re unhappy about what you do, you cannot start with ‘why’. Before that you have to answer one important yet very difficult question about yourself. What do I want to do? What will make me happy?

If it would have been an easy question to answer, then everyone would be involved in activities that make them happy about what they do. But it’s not the case currently. Knowing yourself is not an easy task.

You could say that caring about others are the most important activity that would make the difference. And you would be right.
