If you ask your team to be ‘radically empathetic’ — at least 1/2 of your team will laugh at you, thinking you’ll have just read some ridiculous book or blog post.

How about you just ask your team to be responsible and honest, and do their jobs to the best of their ability, to help others do that, and to help them do that as well?

That’s all any employee wants.
