The number of female techies hired by tech companies is almost perfectly commensurate with the numbers coming out of school.

In fact — most big tech firms have a slight *over representation* of women, given the numbers in the talent pool.

If women want 50% of tech jobs, all they need to do is get 50% of the tech degrees. The facts overwhelmingly point to this.
