The great lie implied is that women are primarily held back by sexism and other forms of discrimination.

They are not.

Sexism and discrimination exist, but it’s not the primary reason for the failure of women in most areas.

Women fail to become CEO’s for many of the same reasons they fail to become chess champions, and don’t huddle away in their garages building great things, or rather, the kind of ‘great things’ that are commercializable.

Stop lying to women and telling them they are failures because of men.

Also — stop with your bigoted assumption that men are telling women to ‘just get over it’.
