Pomodoro is a technique to fight against procrastination which is a major problem of everyone nowadays in managing their time, Decrease in their productivity. I think Pomodoro is a technique will be helpful for procrastinator to improve their productivity, time management and to get rid of losing focus to do the daily task.

The following steps will help you to conduct this experiment:

  1. Decide on the task to be done (for example, complete Section 3 of this course).
  2. Set the Pomodoro timer (alarm) to 25 minutes.
  3. Work on the task until the timer rings. If a distraction pops into your head, write it down, but immediately get back on the task.
  4. After the timer tings, put a star (or a tick) on a piece of paper.
  5. Take a short 3–5-minute break.
  6. Repeat steps 1–4
  7. After you have 4 ticks on your paper, you can take a longer break (15–20 minutes), and continue working on your task by going to step 1 until you complete your task

By using this technique I found myself self more focused, more productive and well time manager that never felt before.

It helps me to fight against all these factors which are causes of focus break down, Decreasing productivity and poor time manager.

It also proved valuable to make me a rational decision-maker to accomplish work before time effectively instead of being a panic monkey who takes decisions at the last moment of the deadline.
