Usage of Pomodoro technique:
I used Pomodoro technique first time in my life and that is really productive. It has follwing steps:
- Decide on the task to be done
(I decided the task to write blog post of five little act of kindness).
2. Set the pomodoro timer (alarm) to 25 minutes.
(I am also set alarm 25 minutes)
3. Work on the task until the timer rings. If a distraction pops into your head, write it down, but immediately get back on the task.
(but in step 3 my brain also think about other things but I recover it to recall my target.I am also not down the distraction that comes into my mind)
4. After the timer tings, put a star (or a tick) on a piece of paper.
(I am also used this step)
5. Take a short 3–5 minute break.
(I am also used this step)
6. Repeat steps 1–4
(I repeated my step until my blog was completely written)
7. After you have 4 ticks on your paper, you can take a longer break (15–20 minutes), and continue working on your task by going to step 1 until you complete your task.
(I am not use this step)
