Honestly i am person full of laziness and habitual of procrastination .I always tries to make to- do- list of my weekly task but never been able to get that things done because my poor time management and not never setting the deadlines for each single tasks.

Making weekly and monthly list and setting the targets is the efficient way of time management but if you are setting deadlines.I can manage to do my day to day task on priority bases but without any time management, i miss lots of my day activities because of distractions like phone notifications, noise, friend or family members interruption which makes me less effective and productive.I started to use different techniques to avoid procrastination.

I never knew about Pomodoro technique.Today i decided to use this technique by doing a task in 25 minutes .I set the alarm of 25 min and start reading 17 indisputable law of teamwork by John Maxwell.During the time i went inside the kitchen to bring tea for me.I faced many distractions like noise, phone notification , friend ‘s interruption but i managed to complete the task 5 minutes before the alarm. So i took a break and had water.I was really a helping technique to get the thing done by putting deadlines.I felt more proactive during the time.It was very useful and fun experience to try pomodoro technique for the first time .It was indeed more productive and proactive ways to avoid procrastination and laziness.
