“Pho Bat Dan” in Ha Noi

In Ha Noi, Vietnam, there is a “Pho” restaurant which is quite special at the way we’re served. Located in the “Bat Dan” street, this small restaurant requires you to get in line, pay first and bring your bowl to the table, self-service, yes.

This is not a common in Ha Noi or in Vietnam, just in the case of this place. But if you’re trying to find where to eat in here, chances you see “Pho Bat Dan” are pretty large. Its taste, actually, not the best and only suitable for whom that wanna try something new. The experience that having a hot bowl of Pho in front of you face, raining outside, inside people are sitting closely side by side and the weather is getting colder, it’s unforgetable.

FYI, the address is 49 Bat Dan with the wooden sign “Pho Gia Truyen” at the front door. Price at the time of this writing is 50.000 dong (~2.3 USD).
