Bryan, that’s a really good point.

If one has the opportunity to move on to new work or create new value at their current employer, that could extent the time it is beneficial to stay. On the point of opportunistic job hopping, I think 1.5 to 2 years is more than enough time for an employee to provide a net positive overall value to a company though.
