I LOVED periscope! Being able to reach out and meet people from all over the world, and interacting with them. I like talking to other countries to figure out how to communicate. I’ve met some great people on there. However after the last update the invisible comments have come again, rendering this app useless. It’s frustrating to see broadcasters perplexed why people in the room can’t communicate. It’s frustrating for me to not be able to communicate. I’ve sent it 2 tickets, tried reinstalling, tweeted so many times to help, and NOTHING. It feels like the developers are completely ignoring this big which is affecting more and more users. It will be the downfall if they don’t fix it. Why can’t they at least tell us they are aware and working on it. Acknowledge users having this problem!!! The app would have 5 stars if the customer service wasn’t so bad, and the bugs were acknowledged and fixed. Why are they allowed to stay in the Apple Store with so many problems that are not fixed, but worst of all not acknowledged???! PLEASE REACH OUT TO US!!!
