Takashi Cheng is a co-founder of Society 1 based in So. California. He is also the founder and chief executive officer of GoldenTV and the founder and chief executive optimist of SueYa.com. In the latter position, he oversees daily operations at a technology platform designed to help the average Californian file a lawsuit and complete other self-representation legal activities. As a leader of GoldenTV, he raises awareness and funds for the development and production of Asian American and Pacific Islander original content. In his role as a board member with Society 1, Takashi Cheng is responsible for the brand alliances of Society 1 messaging and strategic real estate acquisitions, among other responsibilities. Mr. Cheng has worked on numerous liquidations and turnarounds in even the healthcare industry. Mr. Cheng previously spent fourteen years leading A-United Attorney Services with a goal of supporting and managing a team of licensed process servers operating throughout California.

Mr. Cheng previously spent fourteen years leading A-United Attorney Services. He established the Monterey Park business in 1998 with a goal of supporting and managing a team of licensed serve processors operating throughout southern California.

Takashi Cheng studied psychology as an undergraduate at the University of California, Los Angeles, during which time he funded his studies by working as a serve processor. He completed the program on an accelerated timeline and continued his education at the UCLA School of Law, earning his juris doctor in 2000 while continuing to drive operations at A-United Attorney Services.
