Fuji X100F — A Street Photography Review
Sebastian Jacobitz

I would love to get one just for the weight/portability alone. As far as looking too pro, I’ve never found that using my Canon (even with big lenses) was a liability. For stealth, a smaller camera would be great, but if your style of street photography is to engage your subjects (like William Klein, for example) then having a larger camera can be advantageous. I have photographed riots, demonstrations, and various events and have been able to get great shots because people assumed I was press. I have also done street portraits of strangers where I think a pro camera made them feel like it was legit and not some random tourist. Stealth has its place, but fortune favors the bold, right? I would encourage any street photographer to not be shy about what you do.
