Well, this was good and surely this technique is developed after some research that tells how work can be done with greater efficiency if we give 25 minutes to work and then 5 minutes break each time and doing this 4 times and then a long break.

As this project was at the last so I had to apply this project and technique to bonus activity which was commenting on fellow posts. The alarm rang once during this project so I had a chance to take one short break. But when I again started work after the break, I could develop the same focus as I made before. But still, I would say that I applied this in a very easy task which can be done by anybody. But I will come to know about its significance when I will apply it to some complex task.

Even though I have completed the project but I am also applying the technique to this. I am writing these lines after 5 minutes of short break and then I am writing these exact lines here. And it definitely boosts our brain’s energy.
