Positive Thinking
Everyone face some ups and downs in his life, have some good and most bad experiences with some people and all these event just left us in stress and negative thoughts about our own. Sometime we were not prepared to face such calamities and those just hit us like nothing ever before and left us broken in pieces that will never combine how hard we’ll try, sometimes all this come in such a way that we haven’t even thought of that before, we get played by those from whom we have planned our whole lives with, we have planned every bit of our future, for whom we must reach to our extreme end to with them but the same people end up just being a new person to us. We get depressed if we have aligned our goals on just one thing and never thought of joining or even thinking of any other but when we didn’t perform well or couldn’t find the results require to achieve our goals we just lose all our hope, we just start thinking or even fix the thoughts in our minds that we are a true and pure example of failure, I haven’t performed well in my life, I’ll never try anything new in my life ever because if I’ll try anything new I’ll surely end up again in failure.
And here starts the process failure from our mind when starts thinking ourselves as a failure than we’ll never be able to do anything good, we just end our happiness by a minor but influential negative thought. We just think about all the negative things what if we start seeing those things positively, we start seeing our failures as opportunities our brain unimaginably starts working effectively and instead of stress and sadness we start seeing happiness around us.
And to practice that I used two steps mediation and bring gratitude to mind proposed by Shawn Anchor. The thing is when you do some mediation you just relax your mind from all the random thoughts by just focusing on you and that help you let free of all your negative thoughts. The second actions was bringing gratitude to mind by writing down the things that you are grateful for it may be your education, your car, your most liked post, tweet or insta pic etc. It just sends a message to your mind and as a result of that it will help you in seeing the things in more positive way.
