Intention

Set it

Setting your intention for the day.

I try to do it every time I do my daily practice of either yoga, mediation, qigong (or a combination of those or some other quirky thing I’m working with) ☺

When you have an intention and remain detached from the outcome, you are no longer living in hope — you are truly in the flow. You are putting a thought form out there into the universe and letting your power of thought interact with the quantum field. None of us are really in control of anything, but we can put something “out there” and just see what happens.

Like attracts like, so if our thoughts are grumpy and miserable we will get more of that in our life. Put some amazing thoughts through your mind and you will attract more amazing stuff into your life.

Set an intention for something wonderful and see what happens. Practice this in combination with actually FEELING what it would be like if you achieved this outcome, and you will have both your heart and mind in beautiful coherence. (for more info on heart coherence check out http://www.heartmath.org/)

A really great place to start is to have your intention for something like having more peace in your life.

I am attaching a link here for a great 15 minute qigong routine which reminds you to set your intention at the start.

Enjoy.
