On very recent several occasions such as Halloween night storm, missing mail packages, I have noticed that residents living in association-governed communities got affected, contacting or communicating with other neighbors via regualr text messages and emails and asking for help, managing stay during power shutdowns, looking for misplaced packages, etc. I strongly believe this is where Talktiva can help to enble community residents to stay connected, safer and offer proactive help when needed.

Imagine, contacting your residents or family by house number to inform them that their package is misplaced in your mailbox and soon to stop-by to hand it over. This communication is very crucial such that it not only gives peace of mind but also help them when needed at right time. Another incident that during Halloween night, there was a big storm in Connecticut west area and some of the houses in many communities lost power. It is crucial to keep residents informed about their safety and help them with food and shelter. Don’t you think this is the sense of community, why we decide to live in a community setting? These and many other such difficult occasions where Talktiva help supporting neighborhood community residents to preserve and improve sense of community.
