Beauty. How do you define beauty? What does being ‘beautiful’ even mean?
I don’t think many of us have thought through this but I believe, beauty is an abstract concept. Well, in that case, going by what I believe, since beauty is subjective and is an abstract concept, I wonder how the society even managed to arrive at a concrete definition of beauty and how did this society lay down what beautiful looks like.

We very often call-out what we don’t like in a person and we do so with our partners as well. We frequently tell our partners, during an argument and otherwise, regarding what we don’t like about them, what in them makes us unhappy and we never fail to point out their flaws, which is okay. Sometimes, we unknowingly nurture habits and emotions which only leads us to be unhappy and dissatisfied. We end up pushing ourselves to lead a life where we struggle each day because we lack self-confidence and self-esteem. Unfortunately, I have been a victim of low self-esteem and self-confidence and I realized this much later. All of this negativity stem from self-doubt, at least that’s what happened in my case.

Almost half a decade back, I had discovered my passion for writing and sharing stories with the world. I decided to not let my passion die and pursued it. I started to…
