If we will closely observe the pattern of the human mind then we would notice one thing that we as human beings spend most of our time either thinking about actions which we have committed or about the future which is yet to come and also lies in uncertainty. Isn’t it the most overwhelming aspect of humans that we tend to linger on past and then we take actions which is mostly inspired by past experiences.

We often try to run from ourselves and we try to bury all those awful experiences behind that RED DOOR. Though we toil so hard to reflect on our experiences and try not to repeat the same mistakes but as we know that human mind has negative biasness. We tend to ignore the positive aspects of everything. This in turn leads to extreme lows, anxiety and depression. We often carry with ourselves a heavy baggage of failures, guilts and much more. It is a very common phenomena which describes how people suffering with childhood traumas carry their wounds throughout the process of life. Our decisions are mainly driven by the knowledge we have acquired in the past with some sort of permutation and combination done on the side.

Though we toil so hard to built a optimistic attitude towards life but still we lack the most fundamental aspect of life which is the art of letting go of things and gracefully realizing the basic difference between what is in my control and what is beyond my control.
