Post-Grad Food Prep Panic
Angely Mercado

If I may (giving people tips to eat well on a time and money budget is a specialty of mine)…. Keep it Real. Real Food doesn’t have an ingredient label. Include quality protein and healthy fat at every meal (You’ll be more satiated/have longer burning sustained energy/won’t eat as often/have happier blood sugar which is vital for health). Avoid prepackaged anything… often full of chemicals, additives and preservatives which may trick the brain to eat more and mess with blood sugar regulation. When you do buy a package of food read the label to see what’s in your food. Look up those long unpronounceable ingredients and wonder if your body knows what to do with THAT. Buying the best quality food you can afford will pay off with nutrition and energy now and happier health for years to come. /rant
