Thanks for the response, and apologies for the delay on this end. I am not sure whether Washington works like California or not. So, for what it’s worth . . . I went to DMV first and filled out a change of mailing address this summer. From that I’m hoping I’m going to be able to register to vote (which I will do in these last weeks before heading back to Croatia first week of September). As for jury duty . . . I have no idea how that is going to work. My mailing address and permanent address is at my son’s house where I stay most often when I am in US. I don’t know how that county of registration does jury summons.
