How to Conquer Your Fears in Life

We are all created unique and born with special traits in the world. We also have some things in common. One of those things we all have is fear. That even if it is written in the bible,
2 Timothy 1:7 says “For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”, we still feel fear.
We fear about our personal and professional life. We fear about how we can get our individual, sometimes, even other’s interests. We fear about work, business, career, family, siblings, parents and lots and lots of fear in different aspect of our lives.
Have you reached that point in your life when you can no longer find meaningful reason to get up and move forward in your life because fear has taken full control of your life? Have you ever wondered or thought of battling those fears and become the best of who you are and who you could be without those fears and recon that you need life coaching just to get through it?
Every one of us needs to have a stronger will to survive — even the simplest fear that you have from an inch of your skin. Taking a step forward or taking risks is the greatest fear one can have and experience. This fear will hold you back from achieving the dream or result you have been longing in your life. Your dream will never come into the surface of reality if you will not overcome your fear. Aristotle believed, “Courage is the first of human virtues because it makes all others possible.”
The very first step you need to do to conquer your fear is accepting weakness. We are all weak in some areas of our lives, whether personal or professional. Evaluate yourself as to where your fear is coming from. Acknowledge your fear and be ready to face it. It may be a tough decision to do it but you need to
expose yourself to failure and criticism. Understand what makes your afraid of it.
After you have identified the main source of your fear, it is time for you to face it. Denial of fear does not help you become courageous because you are not facing the fact. Psychologist Noam Shpancer said that one of the effective ways to banish fear is to repeatedly force yourself to face what you’re afraid of. You need to experience what you fear for you to know if there is a way for you manage your fear or totally get it off your system.Lastly, when you have discovered ways to stop the fear in controlling you. Think positive that you can do it. Let hope and optimism be your guide in taking one step at a time. Focus on the goal and never on the obstacle. To quote Aristotle again, “You will never do anything in this world without courage.”
