Shirts People Talk About
I’ve never proclaimed to be a fashion expert, although I’m married to one. Since I’ve moved to Florida, my attire has been mostly shorts, T-shirts and flip flops. Nothing too fashionable about that. Although Steve Jobs made black turtlenecks fashionable, just as Mark Zuckerberg has done for the hoodie. Since I don’t own a major tech company, I doubt I’ll turn a T-shirt into fashion, but what I do know is I can spread a message by what I wear.
So many times, I’m complimented on the shirts I wear. Often, people even comment, “Nice shirt!” or “I love your shirt.” as I walk by. Some even take the time to ask where I got them from. I decided to give you some insights and links (non-affiliate) to the sites where you can purchase your own.
Be Good To People
One of my favorites because the message is so simple, the action is so simple and anyone can do it. Check out BeGoodToPeople.com for the T-shirt and more branded products with the same message.

Love Your Village
I first drank Pangeo Coffee at Summer Brand Camp in Dallas. I met the founder, Jeff Power, and quickly became friends with him. The following year, he gave me a Pangeo T-shirt that read, “Love Your Village.” When you learn more about the work Pangeo does in the villages the coffee comes from, you will understand that this is more than just words on a shirt, it’s a way that we can all live in a world where neighbors help neighbors.

No Kid Hungry
I’m a passionate supporter of No Kid Hungry. A campaign of the nonprofit, Share Our Strength whose mission is to end child hunger in America. I have amassed over a week’s worth of T-shirts through various Booster promotions where supporters come up with their own design and you can purchase for a limited time. Both Denny’s and Rosati’s have done it the last couple years. And now you can purchase a shirt directly from No Kid Hungry.

Do What You Love
I’m not sure how I first heard of Ugmonk, but when I did, this shirt felt like it was designed for me. I know I wasn’t alone as Brian Fanzo @iSocialFanz, DJ Waldow, and many others have shown their shirts off. It’s not just about doing what you love, but loving what you do. Be sure to check out the other Ugmonk products. Their attention to detail and conscious leadership in selecting partners is seen in everything they offer.

Promote Love
This is so simple, yet we live in a world where we still need to make more progress. Love is love. It doesn’t have a color, religion or sexual orientation. My friend, Steph Grant, has a story about how it started, and Promote Love has now become a movement.

Robert Graham
OK. I admit. I do wear more than just T-shirts and do have a bit of fashion sense. Mostly thanks to my wife. I’ve almost always received compliments about the shirts and sport coats I wear from Robert Graham. They have so much detail, I often learn something new every time I wear one of these pieces. They are not clothes, they are art. While I don’t get paid by them, I would love the opportunity to become an ambassador for them. I give talks in their shirts. I go to events in their shirts. I have even gotten seated at a busy restaurant because of their shirts. So if the marketing team at Robert Graham is reading, you can give me a call at 312–970–0846 or email me at timamcdonald@gmail.com and let’s talk!

Never forget, clothes don’t make the person, but they can help create conversations and spread important messages.
I would love you to ❤ this and highlight this to tweet out: Hey @robertgrahamnyc, check out Tim McDonald and hire him as your ambassador.
