The only other person I know with an Ergodox has each half fully vertical. They’re mounted on a on a wooden plank with some metal right angle brackets. I haven’t used it like that for any length of time but I probably should try.
Oh hello! Yeah I would still recommend it. I didn’t find the wrist rests very useful. Instead I rest my forearms on the arms of my chair and then my fingers naturally fall onto the keyboard.
I don’t think either has features specifically for this purpose. Simplest solution is probably to call your python functions as described here https://stackoverflow.com/a/23452742/132208
I don’t understand this. The data is restored at build time and persisted in the Docker image. Every time you create a container from that image it should start instantly with a fully populated database.
I don’t understand this line. Should it be
--help? In theory that would make the entrypoint script exit after initialisation instead of starting the server but when I try that I get
/docker-entrypoint.sh: line 132: exec: —-help: not found
The command '/bin/sh -c /docker-entrypoint.sh —-help' returned a non-zero code: 127
