You feel as you are the center of the universe as soon as you start driving

The first time you go to practical driving lesson is so exciting that you cannot express your feelings. This is what happened with me when I started the car for the first time.

Oh, yeah! I am driving, I am so cool! As soon as I got in the city, my euphoric emotions had been vaporized. Everyone was trying to hit me. Not really hit me, but each driver thinks he is the universe center so that everyone has to let him go first. So I had to calm myself down, otherwise I would go crazy!

The absolutely different feeling is preparing for theoretical part of driving licence examination. Reading rules, doing tests. After you are almost done, your reaction is What the Actual Hell? You realize that most of people, may be 7 out of 8 or even 9 out of 10 violate these rules and according to law, some codes, they should fined. But who cares…

But you know what? I think it will change soon enough, since we, I mean Georgia, signed an agreement with EU. For example, law for environmental polution already has changed, and will be enforced after the day after tomorrow.
