A basic assumption is that everyone believes everyone-else is collaborating, but reality is, if this were the case we wouldn’t need committees; working groups; or even reports…cause everyone would be in-the-know! Nonetheless we do. So, how do we get started?

You get what you put in. And so, if you have no set goal(s) for your data, aren’t communicating your whys (vision) to your key information transmitters, and don’t have any established data collection guidelines to follow… how can you manage your information flows? Of course you’re running around every year end!

Build your data blueprints and watch magic happen! Once your data is structured, clean and information is flowing, this means you’ve reached a commitment-levelyou are now Business Intelligence ready! Open whatever BI tool you have and I promise, at a minimum, you’ll see some magic happen!
