Engine starting trouble is a common issue mainly in a lawn mower or outdoor power product. Follow the steps to steps to fix the trouble –

Check the fuel. Do you have fresh fuel in the tank? Check and fill up the new tank. Also, make sure that the fuel shut-off valve is open and cleaned.
