I saw it; I cringed.

I like to think people don’t use that word lightly. So I read the story. And I cringed at many points throughout the story, so at least in that regard, the title was a good warning. It fits well.

I, too, will be interested in how others feel about the title (and hopefully educated by the responses).

I, too, grew up surrounded by that sort of casual racism. And isn’t casual racism an awful term for something so harmful?
