Kulfi is an ice cream for all the Indians. It is very light and refreshing in taste. It may sometimes tiresome for my mother to make something healthy. When One day I asked her to make something healthy and tasty. She surfs the internet and found this recipe over there. I am sharing with you a recipe which could make you feel so relaxed in this harsh summer season. This recipe is made up of tea leaves. Yes, when my mother made it, I was so much amazed at that time that tea is also being used in this way too. So now I am going to reveal the name of this recipe and that is cardamom chai kulfi. This recipe is wonderfully flavorsome and is perfect for the summer desert option.When my mother made it, I loved it this since that day.

As we all know that kulfi is undoubtedly the best dessert. We all love to eat it. The creamy and classic Indian ice cream is centuries old and it is passed from the Mughal kitchens. One can easily add flavors according to their mood and taste. It has mango, pineapple, banana and some more fruits in the list with the help of which you can add the flavor to your kulfi. But today we are sharing with you a different flavor recipe to make the kulfi. Ingredients of Cardamom Chai Kulfi

1. Evaporated milk — 375 g

2. Tea bags — 4

3. Condensed milk- 397 g

4. Double cream — 250 g

5. Caster sugar- 100 g

6. Pistachios — 55 g

Method To Make This Refreshing And Tasty Kulfi

1.) Firstly, we have to make pistachio praline, you have to take a piece of baking paper which you have to put on to a baking sheet.

2.) Now on the burner of gas and put a pan in it to melt the sugar. Wait till it deep amber in color.

3.) Add the pistachios in it and pour on to the baking paper.

4.) Once it become hard and brittle, crush it into a fine crumb in a mixer.

5.) To make the kulfi heat the evaporated milk for some minutes and then remove it from the gas.

6.) Stir in the content of CTC tea bags and allow it to infuse for maximum 45 minutes.

7.) Now, strain the infused evaporated milk into a medium size bowl.

8.) Add the condensed milk and smoothly fold in the crushed pistachio and whipped double cream.

9.) Now it’s the time to pour into lolly molds or a large freezer bowl. Freeze it overnight.

10.) Remove it once it frozen and allow the kulfi to soften before you are serving or scooping it.

Once this homemade kulfi will be ready, you can serve this to your family, friends and children. I know they will love it. As kulfi is undoubtedly is our best sweet dish for all the Indians.Your family members and friends will definitely force you to make this kulfi recipe again and again because they will love it for sure.
