I can relate to this. The mind keeps working on ideas indeed. I too have had many such ideas, some similar to yours (the cafe idea) and others not so simlar. But movies and music are my favorite things too and converting these ideas into a business would be ideal. However, these plans only remain dreams and I cannot somehow get myself to actually execute on any of the plans. But just dreaming or thinking about these ideas feels great nonetheless. So keep on dreaming, keep on writing and keep on living :-) I am sure you will find your way to one day make one of your ideas real!
