Key to Productivity 1–2

Your environment is the single most important aspect. Effecting your thoughts, development, and success as a person.

All aspects of your environment are influencing who you are, where you are, and where you are going.

Let’s break it down.

1st- Your living Environment

  • To much clutter leads to to many thoughts
  • Not organized leads to confusion

Organized environment including but not limited to kitchen, living room , bed room office space, etc.

How to keep a organized productive environment

There are two ways.

1st. Start today by making a conscious decision to spend a little time *Everyday*

A good not to think of is if it takes less than 5 minutes to do clean it right then. Continue this process everyday and you will begin to see and feel the difference of a clean environment.

2nd-move to a new location and start fresh.

When you pack organize your box’s so that you know exactly where everything will be at your new location

*Important note for both-if every you stumble across something that you will never use again throw it away or give it away. You’ll be surprised how good you feel when you give or throw unused things away.

Remember why you are cleaning your space. Because your environment reflects your mind.

2nd- Your Social Environment

We all know what you do and who you repeatedly hang out with influence who you become.

You want to be positive hang out with positive people, read positive things, do things that make you feel good.

Equally important I believe it is important to experience how other people live and think.

“We all have something to give no matter who we are or where we are”

Meaning we can learn from everyone. Just because the person isn’t exactly like the way you wish to be doesn’t mean they are not valuable.

For example learning from all types people is the best way to learn. Ask a millionaire his outlook on life, or a homeless person, or a preacher, or a nun. We can all benefit from each other.

As you learn how different people think and live you can begin to figure out what is best for you.

3nd-Your Experimental Environment

As you experiment with life you will have opportunities to place yourself in different types of environments, maybe a desert, maybe a rainforest, maybe the tops of the highest mountains or the lowest valleys.

For example when I go on a hike I submerge myself in the environment, noticing all that there is. All the abundance of species of plants and below all the critters, the mist from a waterfall, the flow of water, placement of the rocks and as I submerge myself into the natural beauty my thoughts simultaneously synchronize. Gaining insight and clarity like never before.

Conclusion

These words of wisdom can shape you if you choose. My hopes are that you choose to create the greatest atmosphere for your own personal definition of success.

Aloha and Mahalo

A single golf clap? Or a long standing ovation?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
