BTW, the “one man, one vote” doctrine of the liberal Warren Court is not applicable to the elections dictated under the Constitution, meaning the US Senate and the President. If they were, then there would be a conflict between that doctrine and both the 17th Amendment for the Senate and both Article II and the 12th Amendment for the President, and that simply under the law doesn’t happen, so the doctrine must yield because the explicit wording trumps the interpretation where the wording is explicit. In this case, it clearly is.
