You know a thing that I noticed a few days back was that how people were affected by the pandemic. The news, mouths and pain were all engrossed with this topic. But it’s almost been an year, and no one now remembers those days. Obviously, you will remember your lost ones or faced a traumatic incident.
This shows the ability of human mind accepting the fear and outgrow the pain. Or maybe since, we knew that we are not alone fighting this. Which also shows that unity has power. I think in the same way, a person can outgrow it’s own problems. I mean you’ve done this before, right? You looked for the virus-started studying about it-found that vaccine-vaccine reached to people-people healed. Everything has a solution. One day we will find an antidote to this virus but till then we are protecting ourself from the virus by taking precautions. Now get inspired. And use that in your life as well. You have a beautiful life.
Also, people have discovered their hidden talents or inhanced some skill. Which again shows that spending time with yourself makes you happy and helps you to grow. People also experienced some mental issues but again time heals and you get tough with time. (Darr lagta hai covid se ab?😏 nahi na). People learnt the importance of health and hygiene. People have found creative ways to stay connected and cope with stress. And you found your real people in your bad times. Mental health support and resources have become increasingly important during these challenging times to help individuals navigate these changes and challenges.
