Basket of Mistakes

On a lazy evening of July, wandering around on the famous Narwala Road near my friend’s place i just saw fruit shop, the sticking lovable demand from home to buy few mangoes popped up, bought and just headed towards home. Everything was looking smoother than usual, the busy road, unorganized traffic looked more civilized, road felt like more broader. Ahhhh that’s what happened when you just had a meaningful conversation with substance, it was a usual visit paid at my very close friend and there i saw a very vibrant and energetic guy, he was Adeel my friends cousin,it started with just a formal greeting turned out a very meaningful piece of communication, His humble behavior left no choice and i just burst the bubble and jokingly asked him dude what are you made of, Rest was all history he revealed hidden side of his troubled life.

“I used to be very introverted and had a closed group of friends. They were very popular and I felt privileged to hang out with them. But I was also picked on the most. When meeting strangers, my “friends” would make lame comments about me so that it would seem that they are very cool and that they are doing me a favor for hanging out with me. Every time I started working on myself, on my goals, on expressing my dreams and the hard work I put in everyday they would feel threatened and made sure to do something about it to put me down again. My life changed immensely once I ditched them and basically started again from zero. Be around people that care about you and where you can provide two way growth”

Just for the record it should never be forgotten, successful life is a process rather than a destination we need to keep moving to reach there.
