Not really highlighting, but on TapeWrite you can bookmark a specific section of an audio show. They come with cards, attached to the audio, containing the show notes. When you like something you hear you can bookmark that card. You can also comment and share these cards.

The idea behind it is you have mini-abstracts of audio sections, so you don’t need to listen to them twice if you want to retrieve some information contained in them.
