Easy Banana Ice Cream
So I know this is a super easy one that has probably been around forever, but when my kids wanted ice cream the other night and I don’t have any in the house, I DID thankfully have some frozen bananas. Those are awesome to have on hand, by the way. You can pop frozen bananas in smoothies, bread, or of course this delicious easy ice cream dessert. So be sure to keep a bag of sliced or whole peeled bananas in the freezer.
All you do for banana ice cream is….ready for it? Put the frozen bananas in a food processor and turn it on until it turns into nice smooth creamy ice cream. You may have to scrape down the sides now and then, but the result is yummy.

Because it’s not real ice cream, I’m fine letting my kids put chocolate chips in. I will add a little honey if they want it sweeter. My husband likes chocolate chips and crushed almonds. I like cacao and coconut.
Whatever way you like it, this is a simple dessert that you don’t have to feel guilty for!
