Hi Quincy,

thank you for this interesting article, but I personally truly believe that the GTD, Zero Inbox etc. are wrong, because you always just try to execute as much as possible, in my opinion, it’s better to work only on few important big things without multitasking and interruption. Unfortunately, all this time hacking methodologies lead to BURN-OUTS. I worked according to GTD, Zero Inbox etc. more than 5 years and switched to another system which gave me 2x increase in my personal performance. Actually near burn-out situations forced me to find other ways how to stay “mega” effective without losing the motivation and fun.
