Despite its uncatchy moniker, OKRs (which stand for Objective, Key Results) is a goal-driven framework written that’s been popular with startup folks enamored by the transparency and clarity it demands. Here’s a simple OKR template (with a checklist) I made to get you started — good luck!

A couple of things to note:
• OKRs should work for you, not the other way round!
• Key results should be defined well and mapped to a numerical result, as much as possible.
• Aim higher for goals: if you’re getting to 100% too easily, it’s too easy! Aim for around 70%.
