In this post you will find the tools I use to organize my travels from tickets, accommodation booking and itinerary (which I take very seriously).

Neste post você vai encontrar as ferramentas que eu uso para organizar minhas viagens, desde passagens, reserva de acomodação e roteiro de passeios (que eu levo muito a sério).

Booking — site / app
 
 It is the largest site in the world hotel reservations: more than 650,000 properties in 212 countries. It is practical, with the possibility to apply various filters such as location and price. After the value and verify that the hotel offers breakfast, I find it important to be close to a train station and subway to facilitate the tours. There are no fees and various accommodations can be booked without any initial charge (you pay the day of check-in) — it notifies you when cancellation is free. There is a good amount of reviews for you to read and evaluate, with real images.
 PT/ É o maior site de reservas de hotéis do mundo: há mais de 650 mil propriedades em 212 países. É prático, com possibilidade de aplicar vários filtros, como localização e preço. Depois do valor e verificar se o hotel oferece café da manhã, acho importante estar próximo de uma estação de trem e metrô pra facilitar os passeios. Não há taxas e em diversas acomodações é possível reservar sem nenhuma cobrança inicial (você paga no dia do check-in) — ele avisa quando o cancelamento é grátis. Há uma boa quantidade de resenhas para você ler e avaliar, com imagens reais. 
 
 Skyscanner — site / app
 
 It works to compare prices of various airlines tickets and travel sites. It’s great to compare options of values and scales, also stating their length. You have the option to search for “one way”, “round trip” and “multi-city” which makes it easier when you want to backpack for example. It also offers search service for hotels and car rentals. Skyscanner is fast, free and easy, so I always use it.
 PT/ Serve para comparar preços de passagens de várias companhia aéreas e sites. É ótimo para comparar opções de valores e escalas, informando a duração delas. Tem a opção de buscar por “ida”, “ida e volta” e “multi-cidades” o que facilita quando você quer fazer um mochilão por exemplo. E também oferece serviço de busca de hotéis e aluguel de carros. O Skyscanner é rápido, grátis e fácil, por isso sempre uso ele.

AirBnb — site / app
 
 I never booked anything with it, but I used to compare values with Booking.com hotels of which incidentally, also has apartments reservation option. In airbnb you can rent apartments, houses or rooms that people really is the place where you are going. Sometimes I left more affordable rent a fit that is all equipped for your comfort, especially when traveling with a group of people. Secure, it makes contact and payment intermediation between guests and hosts, both with profiles with photos and reviews.
 PT/ Eu nunca reservei nada com ele, mas já usei para comparar valores com hotéis do Booking.com que aliás, também tem opção de reserva de apartamentos. No AirBnb você pode alugar apartamentos, casas ou quartos de gente que realmente é do local para onde você está indo. Às vezes saí mais em conta alugar um apto que tem tudo equipado para o seu conforto, principalmente em viagens com um grupo de pessoas. Seguro, ele faz a intermediação de contato e pagamento entre hóspedes e anfitriões, ambos com perfis com fotos e avaliações.

TripAdvisor — site / app
 
 I’ve used it more often before, mainly to find restaurants and attractions in town. There you can check the real opinions of who stayed at the hotel, had dinner at the restaurant or visited certain museum you want to go. Always check the user pictures, if they are very different from those disclosed by the hotel it doesn´t worth booking.
 PT/ Já usei mais o site, geralmente pra buscar restaurantes e atrações na cidade. Nele você pode conferir as opiniões reais de quem se hospedou naquele hotel, jantou naquele restaurante ou visitou certo museu que você pretende ir. Sempre verifique as fotos dos usuários, se forem muito diferentes daquelas divulgadas pelo hotel nem compensa reservar.

Tripomatic — site / app

My favorite because it is the one I make my travel itineraries. You can add the destination, put the dates and select the places you intend to visit. It suggests the best known attractions, as well as specific queries such as “photography galleries” in that city. You can also see on the map where are the places you want to go, in relation to the hotel you will stay. And the best of it (for those who take the organization seriously), is that you can put together a calendar, for example, day 1 of the trip to visit this tourist attraction, this building and that restaurant. I do it according to the location, for easier logistics and try to tire less my feet😀

 PT/ O meu favorito porque é com ele que monto os roteiros de viagem. Você pode adicionar a cidade de destino, colocar as datas e selecionar os lugares que pretente visitar. Ele sugere as atrações mais conhecidas, assim como buscas especificas como “galerias fotográficas” naquela cidade. Também é possível ver no mapa onde ficam os lugares que você pretende ir, em relação ao hotel que você vai ficar. E o mais legal (pra quem leva organização à sério), é que você pode montar um calendário, por exemplo, dia 1 da viagem visitar essa atração turística, esse prédio e mais esse restaurante. Eu faço isso de acordo com a localidade, pra uma logística mais fácil e tentar cansar menos os pés😀
