1. There is no such thing as hyper-rational… You are rational or you are irrational. The invention of words does not make it a fact….
2. Technocrats? Have you heard Elon Musk talk ??? In this age of hysteria and confusion; identity politics and other inanities have taken root.
3. Why are you so concerned about Capitalism. Do you have a computer or where clothes or turn on light switches?
