been a logitech customer for over 20 years and this new g403 mouse fell apart physically (WITHIN A YEAR) it was the replacement for another mouse logitech failed on their side, a g303 that broke within a year. to add insult to injury to the 20 year + loyal customer they basically spat in my face with a 15% discount. never again.
