Hi Brian — Just to clarify, we’re not saying that food causes autism. Simply put: people fear food causes a vast array of diseases — including autism. A quick google search reveals the countless ways parents use food to treat neurodevelopmental disorders — including autism- and conversation on whether modern food production is part of the cause. I am not advocating for that one way or the other. The reality is, there is no real understanding of how food impacts health on bioindividual levels — and there could be. The series is about putting ideas forth to solve this! Thanks for reading!
