In my mind, uiversality, at its end point equates advertising.

Buzzwords tend to turn me off, although, it depends on the message that is being conveyed. However, they all shout the same message — 'what’s in it for you’.

Subjectively, I find that articles with buzzword hooks reinforce self-absorption while pushing the reader into a passive reading mode. I prefer to find my own subtexts and conclusions from my reading, which I guess, is peversely, ‘self-help’.

Now, if I can only find my mind to be mindful.
