It’s been more than a month since I played this game. So far, the experience was great. Even though, at the end of January, they decided to end the production of the card set only in this game.

The game is still live. It says that they want to focus on the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live. Honestly, I haven’t tried Pokémon Trading Card Game Live. Yet, I don’t know the difference.

That’s a little bit update about the game, let’s back to my progress.

Move to a platinum league!

It’s happened in a trainer challenge mode. The gold league was set by default. In order to go to the next league, you need to defeat all the trainers. This means you need to have one star for every trainer.

If you are like me, who thinks that need to complete everything, then you are not alone. No, we don’t need to complete everything and then go to the next league.

I would admit the computer-based trainer was great. They were suitable to be training partners. You can choose any type of Pokémon and battle with them.

Besides, I also won against some trainers. Like completed the stars for a few trainers. I got booster packs and points. I’m going to tell the details in a different article.

Got a Pokémon V!

In a versus mode, I got a big reward. This mode is the one that makes me so excited. As I mentioned in a versus article, my goal was to get a Pokémon V of Whimsicott.

I got it. After many tries, I finally made it.

Try Events Mode~

I finally try this mode. It’s like a tournament-based play. You need some requirements to join them. This mode is on another level. It might look like a versus mode but it’s not.

Difference rules and rewards. Also, different players too. The players were amazing. You can read more in my events mode article.

I mentioned before that my favorite mode was a trainer challenge mode. It changed! Right now, I found a versus mode much more challenging. Learning strategies from other players was impactful. In fact, I used it when I play in events mode. It’s so helpful.

After all, it’s a pleasant experience. One thing that I have not tried is to create my deck. I guess it will be the next mission to create one and play with it.
