Life Is An Echo…

“A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks he becomes.”
– Gandhi

What I know for sure is that what we give comes back to us . It’s a simple law of attraction. We are responsible for everything that happens in our lives. There is only one person responsible for the quality of our lives. That person is we ourselves. As human beings we are responsible for our own lives. Our behavior is a function of our decisions not our conditions. We our responsible for our own happiness, for our own worries. Our background and circumstances may have influenced our decisions but we are responsible for who we become. No person, no place, and no thing has any power over “us”. Our life is the mirror of the dominant thoughts we think. All living things on this planet operate through the law of attraction. We have the power to intentionally think and create our entire life with our mind. Our lives are the fruits of the thoughts that we sow. We don’t attract what we want, we attract what we are. In simple words, we are the sculptors of our own reality. We shouldn’t hand our tools to anyone else. Our thoughts are the architects of our destiny. The law of attraction is the understanding that we can attract into our lives whatever we think about and focus on. Once we truly believe this, we can begin to tap into the possibilities all around us. Unfortunately, many of us block our success with negative thinking. If we do not believe we can have success, love, happiness and abundance, we cannot achieve these things. We often have negative beliefs that inhibit our ability to have all that we desire. Uncovering these blocks and developing beliefs that support us, instead of sabotaging us, can transform our world. It’s a basic belief that like attracts like. Negative thinking definitely attracts negative results. We ourselves sometimes become our worst enemies. It is our own negative thoughts that hold us back from anything. Nothing else. We should learn to train our minds to see the good in everything. We should make peace of mind our priority because what consumes our minds, controls our lives. Our minds will always believe everything we tell it. We should feed it with faith. Feed it with truth. Feed it with optimism. Feed it with love. Even if we aren’t able to get into positive thinking, we should at least climinate all the negative thoughts from our minds. We shouldn’t allow negative thoughts or feelings to drain us of our energy. We should radiate positive vibes. Thinking negative thoughts is like saying prayers to the devil. We shouldn’t forget that negative thoughts are the greatest destroyers of self-confidence and self-esteem. The Universe totally supports us in every thought we choose to think and believe. Thoughts are magnetic, and thoughts have a frequency. As we think thoughts, they are sent out into the Universe, and they magnetically attract all like things that are on the same frequency. Everything sent out returns to the source—us. Whenever we feel good it’s because we have been thinking good thoughts. So we are on a track and we are emitting a powerful frequency that is attracting back to us more good things that make us feel good. With a positive attitude we experience pleasant and happy feelings. This brings brightness to the eyes, more energy, and happiness. Our whole being broadcasts good will, happiness and success. Even our health is affected in a beneficial way. We walk tall, our voice is more powerful, and our body language shows the way we feel. Negative thoughts, words and attitude, create negative and unhappy feelings, moods and behavior. When the mind is negative, poisons are released into the blood, which cause more unhappiness and negativity. This is the way to failure, frustration and disappointment. The power of our thoughts is a mighty power that is always shaping our life. This shaping is usually done subconsciously, but it is possible to make the process a conscious one. Even if the idea seems strange, we should give it a try. We have nothing to lose, but only to gain. We should ignore what other people say or think about us, if they discover that we are changing the way we think. We should use our imagination to visualize only favorable and beneficial situations. We should use positive words in our inner dialogues, or when talking with others. We should smile a little more, as this helps to think positively. Once a negative thought enters our mind, we have to be aware of it, and endeavor to replace it with a constructive one. If the negative thought returns,we should replace it again with a positive one. It is as if there are two pictures in front of us, and we have to choose to look at one of them, and disregard the other. Persistence will eventually teach our mind to think positively, and to ignore negative thoughts. It doesn’t matter what our circumstances are at the present moment. We should think positively, expect only favorable results and situations, and circumstances will change accordingly. If we persevere, we will transform the way our mind thinks. It might take some time for the changes to take place, but eventually they will. A positive attitude awakens inner strength, energy, motivation and initiative. The difference between can and cannot are only three letters. Three letters that determine our life’s direction. Suppose we stand at a crossroads, one way leading to a desert and the other one to lush meadows and a beautiful place, which way would we choose? We can close the windows and darken our room, but we can also open the windows and let light get in. It is a matter of choice. Our mind is our room. Should we darken it or should we fill it with light?
