I agree with you, we don’t have to believe or follow them all, but it’s not like they’re completely wrong. I’ve tried a lot of stuff they advice and it made a difference. Somethings I still do because they worked out so well. In order to be productive you have to take care of your physical and mental health, eating decent food WIll bring you more energy, meditation DOES help with anxiety, those are scientific facts. Having a routine eliminates half of the decisions you’ll have to do in a day, letting your mind free to take more important decisions. Anyway, I don’t know you and I don’t know how I ended up in this post, but discipline can bring a lot of good stuff for our life.
