As its director, Mr. Sikka oversees Carrier’s Global Supply Chain Centre of Expertise and is responsible for leading its development in India. His work focuses on enhancing productivity across Carrier’s $10 billion global spend. Under his leadership, the Centre is building capabilities in areas such as spend analytics, scaling requests for quotations, developing should-cost models, driving strategic negotiations, and implementing advanced digital procurement tools.
Previously, during his tenure at McKinsey, Mr. Sikka spearheaded over 50 high-impact projects in procurement, operations, and business transformation, achieving more than $5 billion in savings across diverse industries. His expertise includes sourcing transformation, strategic negotiations, and digital procurement. He has also conducted over 100 training workshops across Asia and the Middle East to develop procurement capabilities. With experience in over 25 countries and industries such as automotive, HVAC, consumer appliances, and oil & gas, Mr. Sikka’s global perspective and deep supply chain knowledge make him an invaluable speaker for our event.
