Throughout his career, he has consistently driven transformational change, combining operational excellence with a strong focus on strategic, sustainable growth.
As Former President and Group Chief Logistics Officer at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., he had been instrumental in optimizing logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, and aligning them with broader sustainability goals. Under his visionary leadership, Jindal Steel’s supply chain is on track & doubled its movement capacity in 2024 & expected to be 4X by 2030, reflecting his strategic foresight and innovative approach. His leadership has focused on improving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and leveraging technology to enhance logistics performance.
As a turnaround specialist he is instrumental in putting back to profitability few organizations in recent past. Prior to JSP, Adhunik Power & IndoRama synthetics benefitted from his strategic vision. Mr. Gupta holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and a specialization certification in Strategy and the Sustainable Enterprise from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, other than being a chemical engineer & Gold medalist in his MBA from IBM CSJM University Kanpur.
