The computer as a thinking tool

Introducing the Action Verb Generator

Premise: we can shift the computer away from being a tool for merely executing ideas towards something that helps generate them. I made the Action Verb Generator to conceptualize how this could be done. It spawns live iterations of a concept, in real time, as the concept is developed.

The generator in action

Inspiration came from Ellen Lupton’s discussion of action verbs in her book Graphic Design Thinking: Beyond Brainstorming.
